Quick Blender animation experiment! I was aiming very strongly on nailing the retro 90's anime moonlinght feeling
It looks silly, but this is surely the most important step for any design!!! Base shapes must be cool >:D

I have created a character and vehicle concept using mostly Blender. Her name is Star Racer: a fast and cool racer that runs fast like a shooting star!
This was created as an assignment for Week 05 and 06 for Azusa Tojo's Blender class. I really wanted to play with toon shaders and a very stylized, bubbly design - I am very pleased with the result of these experiments that you see here. My desire is to test more ways of using 3D and animation in my concept-art and pre-production exploration process, can't wait to keep developing these new skills!
